Pinsa Romana is made with a blend of grains creating a dough that’s lighter and crispier than traditional pizza. It undergoes a long cold fermentation, which improves flavor, texture, and digestibility.

The result is an oval-shaped base that’s airy inside, crunchy outside, and designed to showcase fresh seasonal toppings. Our aim at Sera is bringing this new style of pizza to Chicago
